The influencer, who is currently pregnant with her second child with husband Rio Ferdinand, 44, appeared in a video with her business partners in April last year, where she introduced her fans to the cafe business. A source told The Sun: “Aimee has gone legal after feeling edged out of her own business. Things came to a head and Aimee has launched a legal case. It’s got very ugly.”Fans caught a glimpse inside the Dolly Donuts shop earlier this year, when Kate took son Cree on a trip to the cafe - and the little one found himself terrified by Peppa Pig.
