Garin said it is time to explore improvements on privacy protection in the Philippines and come up with strategies to promote reliable streaming and downloading online.She called on industry leaders to make it anti-piracy a mainstream concern.
"And if you don't protect their rights, it's not just intellectual, but their economic rights that [are] affected."
