Disney’s latest film, “Peter Pan and Wendy”, dropped on Disney+ yesterday and was partially filmed in this province. Furey says conversations with the Walt Disney Company and other industry players revealed some unique factors that sets the province apart. He says the province’s energy grid having a low carbon footprint is attractive to companies such as Disney, Netflix, and Amazon, as their investors are demanding greener productions.
