fitnessGymBird, which offers resources and tools to help individuals improve their health and fitness, is seeking to hire a "Chief Step Officer," according to. The selected candidate will train for one month, giving them time to gradually work their way from zero to 10,000 steps.

"Our ideal candidate is excited to take the next ‘step’ in their exercise routine and is willing to commit to walking every day for a month," the post states. "You need to be prepared to walk, record your progress, and note your thoughts and feelings about the experience along the way. No prior fitness knowledge or experience is necessary!"

One social media post each week throughout the month to encourage and empower others to take their first step The selected candidate will receive a smartwatch to track their progress throughout the month, along with $10,000 in cash for fulfilling the job requirements. GymBird said payment will be paid out in $2,000 a month installments over five months.
