Designed by architect Beverly W. Spillman, the home was carved into an upstairs-downstairs rental property some decades after its construction, thenin late 2020 as a fixer-upper. At that point, the home carried a $875,000 price tag.
Since then, the home's been through a major renovation that included refinishing its hardwood floors, sprucing it up with a new interior paint job and removing vintage 1970s wall paneling. The dark, dated and grungy kitchen was also replaced with a brighter, more contemporary one that matches the aesthetic of the home.
