Entire fast-food industry is ‘buoyant at the moment’

Domino’s Chief Executive Don Meij says the entire fast-food industry is “buoyant at the moment” with pizza now being part of it. “We did make a mistake, the whole industry has a delivery service fee, so we fell in the trap that we should do it as well, but it’s been a competitive advantage that we didn’t have a delivery service fee,” he told Sky News Australia. “The average store has recovered the orders lost and we’re now growing against that.”
