Sommers, also a real estate agent in the area, cites multiple clients who were interested in buying homes but changed their minds. “I don’t think anyone is, like, blase and happy about the momentary disruption to their lives," Rakhe says, “but they understand why it happened and what it is hoping to achieve.”
