Nate Horner says he's open to discussing Alberta's proposal with finance ministers from across the country.Alberta Finance Minister Nate Horner says Alberta welcomes the conversation that has sprung up around its proposal to potentially withdraw the province from the Canada Pension Plan. Alberta's finance minister says he's looking forward to a future meeting with his provincial and federal counterparts on his province's potential withdrawal from the Canada Pension Plan.
