Broad Street Market construction bid opens to public, plumbing complete under tent

The city of Harrisburg says the bid for construction on the Broad Street Market's brick building is finally open to the public.went up in flames last summerThe department of facilities is now seeking proposals from qualified professional firms to perform construction management services for the historic brick building.

The McClure Company is currently finishing up the plumbing system for the temporary tent that will host Broad Street Market. They donated a plumbing scope at no cost to the city, and finished their work on the plumbing ahead of schedule so other partners working on the tent could get their operations in motion.
