Industry Minister FRANÇOIS-PHILIPPE CHAMPAGNE is in Washington, D.C., today as part of a “Team Canada” outreach mission. He will meet with U.S. Senators, the governor of South Carolina, and participate in the SAFE Summit. The Immigration Department is planning changes to its working holiday program for foreign nationals.
