The uproar began when a user named Taylor took to X to share her disbelief. She wrote: "I can believe ASOS are selling these slippers for FOURTY TWO GREAT BRITISH POUNDS!" Another commented: "East street Market would be three for £15." And another person remarked: "We'll just go down to the market let's be for real hahaha."
