Whether it’s mortgages, risk management or a short-term rental of an RV, Greater Cleveland’s companies are racing to make artificial intelligence part of their day-to-day business. They just aren’t racing to be first.

Many of Northeast Ohio's Top Workplaces are using AI in their everyday business. But they aren't in a rush to be first, either.CLEVELAND, Ohio -

Rocket Logic can do a few things. It can listen in on phone calls between mortgage officer and customers and make notes. It can read through documents. It can even get a head start on filling out loan applications. AI at the end of the day is a tool, said Gray of RV Share. His company still has coders and customers support specialists. But in both cases AI helps do the job faster.

AI programs have a tendency to make things up or give wrong answers. At RV Share, the chatbots have a set of frequently asked questions.
