The S & P 500 on Tuesday fell for the second straight day as rising U.S. government bond yields continue to pressure the equity market. The 10-year Treasury note briefly topped 4.2% in the session; a month ago, the yield was around 3.74%.
"I think this is a great opportunity to buy the stock of Disney," Jim said, highlighting improvements to its ESPN and movie business despite theme-park weakness. For its part, Morgan Stanley reiterated its buy-equivalent overweight rating on the stock, arguing the risk-reward setup is favorable considering a much-brighter outlook for the company in fiscal 2026. It is currently in the first quarter of fiscal 2025.
