Scores arrested in Pietermaritzburg for various crimes sabcnews

Police spokesperson Thulani Zwane says officers seized knives, 150 whoonga straws, 144 heroin capsules and four mandrax tablets.

Zwane says, “Twelve suspects were arrested for being in possession of drugs including heroine, mandrax as well as rock cocaine.” Other suspects were arrested for various crimes committed in the area and will appear in court on Monday.
