Nicardio M. Falcis II was arrested by the Bureau of Immigration and National Bureau of Investigation agents at NAIA Terminal 1, December 12, 2019.
Nicardio M. Falcis II was arrested by virtue of the two warrants of arrest issued against him by the Taguig Regional Trial Court, Branch 117 and Branch 70, for estafa through misappropriation or conversion, and for violation of Section 9 of Republic Act No. 8484, the access devices regulation act. Falcis and his family arrived at the NAIA Terminal 1 Thursday morning. It was when he was already in the immigration counter when the alert on his warrants came out leading to his arrest.
