All that work converting to making ventilators that weren't needed, weren't going to be needed, and that were thought to be non-existent. 👏👏

This long lag in resuming production will be true for laptops, iPhones, washing machines, even buildings. Not only are input goods unavailable but orders, contracts, licensing, permits and many other critical requirements are not being processed - on hold or frozen in transit.
