"It's like Russian roulette, when you're trying to protect yourself and put food on the table," Moody said of uncertainty around COVID exposure. Booming e-commerce sales, skyrocketing warehouse employment, and COVID anxiety are the backdrop for an unprecedented holiday shopping season.
