So many people have had the same circumstances, but they only NOW decide to stand up for a change...only due to the tragedy, it obviously should have been done when Brandon Lee was killed...

You would think there would be no live amo allowed on set ? You would also think that before handing someone a gun you would check the gun ? And why would you pull the trigger while pointing a gun in anyone’s general direction, do the actors not receive basic gun safety lessons ?

All film sets are ment to abide by WH&S with it to approval. Why anyone needs to take a weapon on or near a set is beyond my belief. Those who are responsible should be charged, so it has to come down to those who approved it or brought it on set. There was a case in Sydney.

Best change would be to stop promoting violence as entertainment

I may be a bit dumb here, but why would any gun on a movie set ever have live ammunition in it?

Comprehensive OH&S training (including weapons safety and use) plus approved certification of all on site workers would a great start.

Don’t use real guns. How hard is that? Movie industry can fake anything, why can’t you fake a gun shot!

Accidental gun deaths in US.👇

Film industry never heard of ‘The Crow’ it seems

It’s not so complicated… Just prohibit real guns on set! Come on guys
