Amazon worker dies at company's largest UK distribution centre

AmazonAn ambulance was called to the site in Tilbury at 8.10am on Sunday after reports the employee had become unwell but he died at the scene.

Metro.co.uk understands the man had not yet started his shift at the vast warehouse, having arrived early.Essex Police said the death was not being treated as suspicious. An Amazon spokesperson said: ‘We’re deeply saddened by this tragic event. Their family and loved ones are in our thoughts, and we’re supporting them and our employees during this difficult time.
