Tolaram Nutri Beverage Limited, makers of GoodLife Magik fruit drink brand, has taken its sensitisation on healthy living to market women.

The firm’s National Marketing Manager, Mr Isaac Egbe, at the event held at the Ojuwoye Mushin Market, Lagos, said the exercise was orgaised to connect with the market women in the major markets in Lagos State. He said, “One of the things we have going for us right now is the fact that we focus on healthy drinks. Why other brands may use sugar, we use glucose. It means the body tends to absorb faster, instead of the body taking in sugar and trying to convert it to glucose.

“Prior to the event, we had engaged the market women; we did what we called display and win drive, where they get to buy certain cartons of our product, display certain numbers of cartons and at the end of a period they get to win gift items. Our product is also rich in vitamin c and when we talk about good life, what we are talking about is the health benefits to our consumers.”

Nollywood actress, Ronke Ojo, who was also part of the event said, “Every mother wants the best for her child, and should naturally opt for products that have been confirmed to contain essential nutrient requirements for their development.
