CalPERS, the California pension fund manager with nearly $500 billion of assets, on Feb. 22 said it had appointed Nicole Musicco as its new chief investment officer.
Most recently a partner at RedBird Capital Partners, Musicco, a Canadian, previously worked at the Investment Management Corporation of Ontario and the Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan.
