Report cannot be true. A drop of year ago sales by 70% to 211 this Oct 2018 implies Tesla sold about 703 cars (Model S&X) in Oct 2017. But Tesla 2017 total sales in China was $2.0 billion At avg price of $125K (25% tariff) comes to 16K cars/yr or 1334/mth
