The Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps , has issued operating licences to 20 Private Guard Companies , and warned against the bearing or use of arms.
“This operating licence is not for business profits alone but an opportunity for you to contribute your quota to security,” he said. He warned that the corps would not hesitate to tackle PGCs who deviated from the standard of operations.
