Jim Rogers is an American investor and financial commentator based in Singapore with decades of experience in the field.

Rogers also created the Rogers International Commodities Index , which tracks 38 commodity futures contracts from 13 international exchanges. He speculates that the situation could ultimately necessitate even harsher measures than those taken in the past to combat ballooning inflation rates.
