So, we did a lot of work to understand the barriers women were facing and how we could remove them. Now, if we look at the breakdown of vice presidents, it’s pretty much 50-50.

It is early days, but I’m optimistic that we can move the needle the same way we did for gender.Growing up, I did not have the good fortune of playing sports since I needed to work to support myself. My daughter, however, has played soccer since she began to walk. The experience and confidence gained by playing team sports is priceless.A combination of wanting to be liked above all and, the imposter syndrome. To change that, I regularly hold round table conversations with up and coming talent.
