Harry Triguboff and family have listed their Bondi Beach pad.Anyone who has ever ogled real estate as they walked the Bondi to Bronte oceanfront – in other words, most of us – may be unwittingly familiar with Lang Syne: an original 1920s bungalow on oceanfront reserve that for decades has withstood the overdevelopment surrounding Tamarama Beach.
Judging its value is made all the harder given there is nothing else like it. The best sales locally are either across the road from the beach or on sites of less than half the land size: think James Packer’s $29 million Bondi Beach bachelor pad and Tamarama’s high of $29.2 million.
