AFP Commissioner Reece Kershaw named Russia as the source country of the attack but did not name REvil as the perpetrators. Other sources told this masthead that authorities believed the REvil group was involved.

So with no proof provided the reader is led to believe the “Authorities” are pretty sure Putin is harbouring hackers. Medibank did it. Seize and freeze everything from russia.
