The Davao City Business Bureau revealed on Monday that application for business permits for the first five days have breached the numbers over the same period last year.
She reported that 19 percent or 2,648 out of the 13,806 have already paid. But comparing that to the target 50,000 applications, only five percent have paid. Apart from the office at the SP building, the city has opened satellite registration sites for the processing new business and business renewal including Almendras Gym for Talomo and Agdao districts, NCCC Buhangin for Buhangin district, Calinan Gym for Calinan district, and Baguio District Treasury Office for Baguio district.
