Turtle Bay will be opening within months with Caribbean-inspired dishes, 2-4-1 cocktails and a not-to-be-missed bottomless brunch 😋

Caribbean-inspired bar and restaurant Turtle Bay are working to open their first Lincolnshire restaurant in the Cornhill Quarter.The building is ready to be fitted out ahead of an opening date later this year.

Some of the menu highlights include the Caribbean Katsu Curry, Spicy Mac and Cheese with Jerk Mushrooms and their Jerk Chicken. There is also an alternative vegan menu available. “The new restaurant hosts a large rooftop terrace which will be the perfect setting for diners to utilise.
