oh Altria (marlboro) is too late to enter e-cigarette market by purchasing Juul, and even super late to operate in cannabis business with a stake buy in Canadian company Cronos. They should have initiated ages ago to avoid paying billions. Sack CEO who cannot foresee the obvious.
