An angry customer warned a Dumfries business boss he would “have him shot” while making more than 400 nuisance calls.
Vile personal abuse was also directed towards the man and his partner. The Dumfries victim told the court: “It is strange not to get a phone call every day. I would assume every call from a withheld number is from this individual. If I don’t answer the calls he will just ring and ring until I do. The victim, who was unable to block the illegal contact because it was made on a business number, added: “He would call all hours of the day and night.”
