The waterfront Beach House Restaurant in Cordova Bay under owner Kate Phoenix has closed and is on the market.
The events side of the business has become a “real specialty for us and we get about eight inquiries per day looking for our venue for private events and weddings.” A notice on the Beach House website said an update will be posted “for contacts to new operators when information becomes available. Thank you all for your support.”
The well-known waterfront facility started as an ice cream stand and expanded into a space for dinner, dancing and special events, such as weddings. Its large windows look out to the beach and water.
