With spring on the horizon, we can count on seasonal allergies. Keeping your go-to allergy meds on hand and limiting your time outside can help.Wiping down surfaces, a proper dusting, a deep vacuum and more can help eliminate the allergens hiding in your home. Escape the Bookshop II, the escape room experience at tiny bookshop HouseMouse Books and Vintage in Takoma Park, will wrap up its 2024 run in mid-May. Two weeks of dates have just been added to accommodate strong demand!
Escape the Bookshop II is a limited-run, unique group puzzle game that is based on a real crime that took place in Takoma Park around 130 years ago. It is designed and created by HouseMouse to be played in our atmospheric little bookshop. This is not your typical corporate escape room and makes for a memorable evening out with friends or family!
Bookings are open for game dates through May 10. The game takes place Wednesday through Saturday at 8 PM. It is designed to be played by a group of 3 to 6 people and lasts for one hour. The game is customizable in difficulty and no prior escape room experience is needed to enjoy it.
