The group is challenging their expulsion from the party and their removal from positions as MPs.

Former President Jacob Zuma and his daughter, Duduzile Zuma-Sambudla, in court listen to legal teams from the ANC and the MK Party.

Thami Khuzwayo, former MK party student command leader and MP, stated that the party did not inform them of their dismissal. He emphasised their intent to challenge what they believe to be a false narrative being promoted by the party’s spokesperson Nhlamulo Ndhlela.
