As the service sector continues to play an important role in economic development, accounting for over 44% of Nigeria's GDP, addressing associated challenges has become imperative.

Babatunde stated that conversations would be tailored around promoting best practices and innovation in service delivery, establishing higher service quality standards, fostering a customer-centric culture among Nigerian businesses, and advocating for policies that support sector growth, skills development and capacity building.
