Nuclear is the cleanest energy if it's done properly.

Some of the most efficient and cheapest technologies use the most toxic elements. Solar is not a good idea except for those very specific applications that make the most of it and manage it's down sides. Domestic rooftop solar is possibly not one of them.

Good to see the other side of the story. I'd like to see an accurate study on just how many early PV systems actually paid for themselves. This should include the cost of maintenance and disposal.
