Here's the pitch deck that Gloat, with operates in Tel Aviv and New York, used to raise investor interest in its Series B round.Companies now use AI to find the best candidate for a job. Ben Reuveni, co-founder of Gloat, came up with a different idea: use AI to help businesses find the best candidate within its ranks.

On Tuesday, Gloat, which started in Israel in 2015, said it raised another $25 million from venture capital investors by Intel Capital and Eight Roads Ventures, a fund affiliated with Fidelity. The startup has raised a total of $33 million.
