FedEx problems go beyond its split with AmazonThe problem for FedEx and other delivery services is that the consumers who are making more online purchases expect to receive their items quicker than ever. And they're generally not willing to pay for it. I pay for Amazon Prime each month and it never comes when promised so I've gotten use to it. If it doesn't come when promise (usually out of California) I remember for next time not to order from that area. Same with ebay. I don't mind paying. FedEx is horrible. I paid $12.99 for Express shipping and it was late on the attempted delivery. They kept my package even tho it was no signature required and they still didn't deliver it when I rescheduled it. I had to go pick it up 10 miles away 3 days later. No refund. When it comes to deliveries from UPS, we’d just like to get our packages.
