Experts expect more personalized offerings for customers and greater fintech competition from continental Europe.Targeted platforms will improve personalization and fintechs will need to refocus on profitable growth.

AI and machine learning will take center stage and we'll continue to see disruption across the insurtech industry.We also asked fintech leaders to look back on the last year, and reflect on which of their 2019 predictions fell through. Banks and tech companies aren't collaborating as expected, and blockchain remains elusive.
