Sadly people like me who have had 2 Whirlpool machines completely pack in since 2014 I havnt got the serial number
MPs should introduce stronger consumer protection legislation. Whirlpool Hotpoint are toxic brands who have avoided their responsibilities for too long. Just like most MPs. There should be an obligation to disclose risks and a fixed period for repairs.
Or MPs fear popular response to a failure to take back control and run the country. Can't take court powers away when confronted with half a million claims and demands for immediate refunds. Free market don't work like that.
