Contractors fined for building sewage system that did not meet Span specifications

TWO construction companies were each fined RM60,000 by the sessions court in Kuala Terengganu today on four counts of building septic tanks and sewage system which did not meet specifications approved by the National Water Service Commission .

Judge Jamaludin Mat meted out the fine against LLC Infra Sdn Bhd and Sinohydro Corporation Sdn Bhd after their directors, Loh Choon Quan and He Feng pleaded guilty to all the charges.
