Impossible Pork Char Siu Buns are sampled during an Impossible Foods press event for CES 2020 at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center on Jan. 6, 2020, in Las Vegas. According to Impossible Foods, Impossible Pork’s flavor will convey"depth and umami richness without being gamey or overpowering." The company also claims the product should work for various recipes that calls for ground pork, whether you want to fry up some sausage patties for breakfast or caramelize some pork for a rice bowl.

Reminds me of the problems they had with 'haggis' meat of old. It was a good idea, but then bad people started putting additives in it that were really gross. Afraid it will end up a mess. Look at our vegetable and meat industry. News of contaminated sick, listeria, eboli, metal

Naysayers need to realize animal suffering would dramatically be reduced. Livestock methane release contributing to global warming curbed. More studies need to be conducted regarding health. But overwhelming studies link traditional red meat consumption to cancer.
