SINGAPORE - The Singapore bourse on Friday saw its first trading debut of the year, with Resources Global Development opening on Catalist at $0.21.
Net proceeds from the IPO will be used for general working capital purposes, according to the company's final offer document lodged on Jan 14. For fiscal 2018, the company posted a net profit of $2.2 million, a surge of 86.4 per cent from $1.2 million a year ago. Revenue more than doubled to $44.8 million, from $19.2 million in FY2017.
