A 47-year-old man died after a pellet of tiles fell on him while he was unloading a truck at a construction site in the same suburb less than four weeks earlier.

I witnessed this happen in Denman Prospect a few months ago, they were backing in a concrete truck, hit the building tore the truck open on the side of the building, nobody was watching/helping because the wind & dust was so bad they all had their eyes shut.
