What is going on with those eye brows?

And that will entice people to the high street how? Free parking would be more useful

UKLabour might be better addressing business rates & parking.

I needed a new part for my computer in my local town shop the part was £27.99 If I drove 15 miles to go to PC World I could get it for £15.49 or I could wait over night and get it delivered to my door for £2.00 from Amazon ! That's why local shops are dying !

They’ll say anything to get in power, I don’t blame people for wanting to believing these pipe dreams.

Free parking is probably the change they’re in most desperate need of...

Encourage independants to open shops (tax breaks etc) and make it harder for the likes of Costa/Starbucks/Tesco etc etc to sweep in when an area starts to build trade just so they can then mop up all the business, its nothing to do with WiFi!

Here's a novel idea; properly fund local councils so they don't have to keep hiking up business rates and parking fees to cover costs of services, which in turn makes high street shopping less competitive and less affordable. The end consumer always pays anyway.

Cut parking costs and let shops open on Sunday

Is it April 1st?

Ha! Ha! Ha! Ha! Ha! Ha! Ha! Ha! GMAFB! UKLabour have no idea about commerce and business. Complete and total illiterates. Free Wifi will attract nothing except illegal migrants who can use it with their mobiles

Free WiFi but no women in its top leadership roles, if Labour can go back on its commitment for a woman co-deputy leader with Tom Watson it will break its promise on free WiFi and many other things as well. LabourSexisum

Free Wi-fi won’t stop shops closing. Silly thing to say.

So they’re going to save the high street by making it even easier to buy things online

That’s the Election won right there. The free WiFi ticket will sweep them to victory on a tidal wave of free memes and Gifs. Genius political strategy.

Could you ask the jeremycorbyn poodle - Rebecca Long Bailey - how her own SalfordLabour are doing with helping businesses? And could you also ask HOW this will be paid for and does she not realise it will help ONLINE retailers AGAINST high street businesses? 🤣🤣🤣

well our previous government had promised WiFi to the mountains ridges so they keep the sheep up to date..... they didn't make it to the elections~!
