Australia's chief medical officer advises Australians to go about their normal business despite being 'concerned' about increase in number of coronavirus cases in Japan and South Korea

Things may change if cases keep spreading in other countries where there are no travel bans. One thing people can do at any time is practice good hygiene: wash hands thoroughly, or use hand sanitizer, don't touch mouth, eyes, nose or food when your hands may be dirty.
