Hand sanitiser Ireland: Cork company produces new product in bid to combat coronavirus spread

A Cork company is playing their part in the coronavirus battle as they're set to deliver millions of hand sanitiser units starting this week.

The sanitiser will be given available to the public and businesses and its 90 employees have been working extremely hard to produce the huge volume in time, CorkBeo reports. It was confirmed last night that one of those cases is in Cork - and the infeccted person had not travelled to any affected regions.“From what we are learning, however, as we see how the virus spreads in countries across Europe and in the UK, we are facing a potentially unprecedented situation in this country and across all of our health services.
