President Muhammadu Buhari has written to the Senate seeking amendments to the Finance Act recently passed by the National Assembly.

His message was conveyed in a letter read out by the Senate President, Ahmad Lawan, at the start of plenary on Tuesday.

Somebody that can’t read, I wonder what he’s writing or what he wrote.

I guess the 7.5% of the government is different from the one we are already experiencing. Maybe our president is not aware of anything after all.

I hope this should be reviewed and reversed. This should not be solution, the solution is for the executives and legislatives should down cut their salary and other benefits for us all to share the economic pain. Instead of the VAT with more effects on the poor
