Like many hosts, Bash Airbnb's strict cancellation policy in place. The policy allows guests to receive a full refund if they cancel within 48 hours of booking their trip. They can receive a 50% refund for cancellations made at least seven days prior to the check-in and no refund after that. That policy, however, was overridden by Airbnb on March 14.

However, many hosts said they feel that Airbnb has completely put the brunt of the situation on them.
