The rapid spread of COVID-19 is keeping people indoors, causing a surge in online shopping that's delaying Amazon deliveries and hurting business for third-party sellers.

"For anybody who's getting products out of China, there will continue to be this problem and quite frankly, unless companies are able to find secondary sources of supply very quickly, which is quite unrealistic, I think you're going to see some companies that have a very, very hard time keeping things going," said James Thomson, the former business head of Amazon Services.

My advice, try going directly to store websites. Example, my order from Ulta came in 2 days, no issues. If I ordered same products on Amazon, would have recd next week.

No.the virus isn't keeping people indoors at all. One is dead in Arizona( Chinese returnee) and five have it. so Arizona is locked down, the whole of Arizona. Give me break!
